• Spearheaded the system design and development of an AI-based chat application for local government services using LangChain and Large Language Models (GPT-4/Llama).

• Implemented Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance information accuracy and relevance, built on a stack comprising React.js, Next.js (App Router), and Python/Flask.

• Integrated Amazon Neptune with Flask to create a scalable graph database using Gremlin, significantly boosting the efficiency and precision of data retrieval processes for the LLM models.

• Collaborated with stakeholders, including local government officials and property developers, to define application requirements and ensure alignment with user needs.
